Art Commission Rules
Last updated: when created (will be updated soon)1. I take payment 100% upfront/after sketch. I can also hold the payment until you can pay, however this means i will not start your commission until payment is received, so that is in your hands2. Payment plan is allowed only for pieces over 100€ and for 2 month (if you need more time please discuss this with me, I also will only be starting the commission until i receive 100% of the payment!)3. Payment is through PayPal invoice via G&S in Euros/€4. When paid you will receive a link to my to-do list where you can keep tabs on where your commission is.5. I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.6. I will refuse to draw any designs or characters designed by people on my Blacklist.7. I do not offer refunds after the sketch has been provided. If I haven’t started working on your commission yet and you want a refund, please come and discuss with me first!8. Please be patient and do not rush me. Rushing me will only result in a lower quality commission, so there for i do not allow deadlines, if you wish to be pushed to the front of the line as a high priority commission it will be a 25€ extra fee.9. For NSFW commissions I am required to ask for ID with a handwritten note of your username to verify your age, If i find out you are underage you will immediately be blacklisted from my commissions and adopts/customs. and outstanding commissions will not be refunded.10. When commission is completed no further changes can be made so please make sure to mention if I missed something before I finish the art. You will receive the high quality commission via email or Discord.11. Do not remove my watermark under any circumstances, doing this will result in an immediate blacklist.12. Please do not alter the art in any way by yourself! (adding a background color to transparent background that is fine)13. Credit me anywhere you post the artwork!Design TOS
Last updated: 08-03-20231. When you have bought a design from me, you are free to do as you please with it as long as it’s nothing problematic (zoophilia, Pedophilia. etc.). I do ask you to not 100% redesign the character, making it a completely different character entirely, it will defeat the purpose of the custom, adopt or character design.2. There is a 3 day cooldown on my designs, this means you can only sell/trade/gift them after that time. This is to give you time to try to connect with the character.3. a Do not re-sell my designs for more than what you paid, unless commissioned art is included. (art trade/payment/free art does not increase the value). Characters that are obtained through art/trade/gift can only be sold the same way, unless commissioned art is included then you may ask for the value that you have invested in the character!
3. b This means if you trade for a character that is originaly worth 50 Euro's it loose that value aand you cannot sell them for that, you may only trade them, if you have invested 25 Euro's into the character then you may ask for that.4. Do NOT sell/trade/gift any of my designs to people who are on my blacklist. Doing so will result in a Blacklist yourself!5. All my designs must stay on ToyHouse. Do NOT sell/trade/gift them to people off site, you may only do this if they have a ToyHouse account. (if needed, i can provide them with a ToyHouse Code)6. Please do NOT delete any of my designs on ToyHouse!7. a If you offer art for a design I will hold them until the art is finished, but I will be checking in on you regularly if the art(s) haven't been finished within a month. If you keep me updated on your own accord then I do not mind waiting.
7. b (I hate that I have to put this in place) If you leave me ignored/ghosted or unread for a minimum of 3 months after i ask for update(s), the payment is automatically void, The character will be put back up for offer and I will most likely won't work with you again.8. All my designs may be used for NSFW 18+ work as long as it does not break rule 1. However this rule is void if the character design is lore created to be underage/ a minor. (this means you cannot use my design for NSFW 18+ work when the character is a minor)Breaking rule 4, 5 and 6 will result in immediate blacklist!
If you have blocked me before/after deleting a design you will be immediately blacklisted!
